Water Innovations in African Cities

Official project title:         Water Innovations in African Cities.
Project leader:                  Dr. Silas Mvulirwenande
Duration:                          2017 - 2019

Within this project, Silas Mvulirwenande works as a postdoctoral researcher in a joint project with the VIA Water programme. Through an action learning process, Silas will study and define key factors of success and failure for water innovations in African countries. The developed insights will allow for better informed and empirically grounded decisions in policy making (both in Africa and in the Netherlands), and guide investment and project management in the water sector in Africa. Dr. André Leliveld is one of the supervisors within this project.
