Job title
Researcher Frank Annor is a doctoral scientist at the faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences of the Delft University of Technology. He holds a Masters’ degree with Distinction in Water Resources Management from UNESCO-IHE, Delft. At CFIA he is contributing to the TAHMO Weather Stations project.
